The President Opportunity

Lucia Landscaping is entering its next phase of growth and is seeking a President to lead the company as a multi-branch, high-performance service organization. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven operator who can scale branch operations, build systems and infrastructure, develop leaders and accountability, drive revenue, profitability, and disciplined growth, and support strategic expansion, including acquisition.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Growth & Expansion

  • Scale multiple branch locations across target markets
  • Drive revenue through client expansion, retention, and service growth
  • Lead geographic expansion initiatives

Operations & Execution

  • Oversee all divisions: landscape, snow & ice, irrigation
  • Standardize operations across all branches
  • Improve productivity, routing, and service delivery

Financial Performance

  • Full P&L ownership
  • Drive margin improvement through labor efficiency, pricing, and cost control
  • Implement job costing, KPIs, and financial discipline

Leadership & Culture

  • Build and lead a high-performing leadership team
  • Develop Branch Managers and Regional Leaders
  • Reinforce a culture of accountability and execution aligned with #OneTeam®

Systems & Infrastructure

  • Implement scalable SOPs, KPI dashboards, and operational systems
  • Leverage technology to drive visibility and performance
