Our client is a well-established and growingHospiceorganization. They have a current opening for a Vice of Operations for multiple locations across California. There will be travel expectations throughout California. MedicareHospice leadership experience is required. This person will manage operations, financials, census & revenue growth, and help to create a positive culture. Relocation candidates welcome to apply.


Vice President Operations Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior operations leadership experience.

  • Multi-site Hospiceleadership experience.

  • Excellent understanding of Medicare regulations and COP’s.

  • Ability to travel throughout California.


Vice President Operations Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations & financials for multiple area locations.

  • Oversight of directly reporting leaders.
