Role Overview
The VP of Growth leads the global commercial strategy for Process Automation, focusing on driving growth in bookings across key markets and segments. This role is responsible for identifying and capturing new opportunities, supporting business transformation, and promoting a high-performance culture. The VP of Growth will play a pivotal role in aligning growth initiatives with the overall Process Automation (PA) strategy and vertical objectives, ensuring the organization's ambition for market leadership and continuous improvement is realized
Key Responsibilities
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Strategy, Business and Opportunity Development
• Identify and develop new market opportunities and growth initiatives, leveraging market vertical expertise to maximize customer alignment and value capture by identifying portfolio selling and increased customer's share of wallets through product/solutions campaign.
• Drive new business by proactively opening doors with target customers and converting opportunities into long-term revenue growth
• Apply digital and AI capability to innovate with impact across commercial teams, promoting adoption of digital tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Align growth strategy with overall PA strategy and vertical objectives, ensuring consistency with strategic pillars: Commercial Excellence, Market-led Innovation, Continuous Improvement, and Performance Culture.
• Monitor and report on growth KPIs, including bookings pipeline, customer acquisition and retention rates, digital adoption, and talent metrics.
• Collaborate with Vertical Presidents, VP of Sales and functional leaders to ensure effective implementation execution of aligned and agreed growth initiatives.
• Champion continuous improvement and transformation, standardizing processes and promoting best practices across commercial operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, quality standards, and risk management requirements.
Objectives
• Expand market share and drive sustainable business growth in line with PA's strategic ambitions.
• Promote continuous improvement and transformation across commercial and operational teams.
• Ensure effective execution and measurable impact of growth initiatives.
• Maximize customer lifetime value and satisfaction through tailored solutions and market-led innovation.
• Support business transformation, digital adoption, and performance culture.
Growth Hub Leadership
• Guidance in the Growth Hub process ensuring vertical and Central Growth Hub teams are focused on solving real market problems, adequately resourced, and follow the principles and processes of the Growth Hub programme.
• Facilitate dedicated sprint teams for Growth Hub projects in line with Growth Hub SOPs to develop market relevant and commercial strategy with traction and impacts.
• Support the progression of opportunities through the Growth Hub, particularly through phases 2 to 3.
• Develop incentive structures that reward Growth Hub sprint teams that develop new solutions as well as commercial teams that ultimately sell the solutions into the market.

• Experience in talent development and succession planning is highly desirable.
