About the job: Looking for folks who are builders and hungry to scale CAST business rapidly in BFSI accounts. This is a full-time sales role. This strategic role has significant CXO visibility in CAST reporting to the President & Managing Director of North America with career path opportunity to be developed for such leadership roles.  Attractive package, base + variable + bonuses (350-400k), plus possible rewarding equity

You will be in charge of: 

• Selling to named BFSI strategic accounts and through our existing partners (Management consulting firm such as BCG and selected PE firms), around their transaction services, digital transformation and ESG offerings, as well to CTO's, CIO's, VP Engineering aligned to relevant CXO/Board level strategic initiatives. 

• Engaging with partners and developing new mutually fruitful business relationships. 

• Account Management and engaging with C, C-1 Level in strategic accounts cultivating business drivers to create recurring software sales, services and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Type A personality. i.e. “making things happen” skills and ability.
  • Selling Software /SaaS/ Technology Solutions, B2B consultative selling.
  • Understanding Cloud modernization, application modernization. 
  • Experience working at our partnering/selling with Tier 1 Management consulting firms, Big4, specialized advisories, GSI's, CSP's. 
  • Expertise in strategic IT initiatives, C Level
  • Understanding of the North America market, well established network. 
  • Strong communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills. 
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships at senior partners/consultants and C level to grow business rapidly.
