Job description

A bit about us

We’re Hyve - organizer of the world’s fastest-growing and most forward-thinking B2B events. As the chosen event partner to many of the world’s leading companies, our platforms play a critical role in their strategies - helping them enter new markets, accelerate growth and connect with the people who matter most.

Our portfolio features some of the world’s leading events in sectors like ecommerce, healthcare, edtech, and fintech. We’re growing fast with an entrepreneurial culture that empowers big ideas and quick action, plus an ambitious acquisition strategy bringing exciting new events into our mix.

Alongside our market‑leading events, we’re building tech and data‑driven products that supercharge connections – from one‑to‑one meeting programs and curated table talks to year round engagement platforms.

Whatever your role, you’ll join a global team redefining how industries connect, collaborate, and grow – working with some of the most talented people in the business.

Think that sounds good? Wait until our talent acquisition team tells you about the culture.

A bit about you

First things first: whatever your background, beliefs or ambitions, there’s a culture of belonging at Hyve — and everyone is welcome. The question isn’t where you’ve come from, but where you want to go.

You’ll thrive here if you’re curious, collaborative and not afraid to challenge convention. We look for people who take pride in what they do, who are excited by change and always moving forward. The kind of people who stay open, keep learning, and look for better ways to make an impact.

Our shared behaviors guide how we work: we dare to do things differently, own our work, embrace collaboration, stay true to ourselves and others, and remember that optimism wins.

If that sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.

A bit about the role

We’re seeking two high‑impact Vice Presidents of Sales Performance to elevate the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of our sales organization. One role will support our Connected Commerce portfolio and the other our Health Tech portfolio. Both roles report to the Chief Revenue Officer, with a dotted line into the respective President.

These are critical leadership roles responsible for implementing our centralized best‑practice sales operating model and unlocking revenue growth across regions while working in partnership with the Heads of Growth. Each VP will drive best‑in‑class sales processes, pipeline discipline, forecasting, incentive design, and capability development, partnering closely with commercial leaders to raise performance standards across their portfolio’s global brands.

The Connected Commerce portfolio includes market‑leading brands such as Manifest, POSSIBLE, Shoptalk, and Groceryshop, spanning eight global events and continuing to expand internationally.

The Health Tech portfolio includes HLTH US, HLTH Europe, and ViVE, serving one of the world’s fastest‑growing health communities.

We're looking for action‑oriented leaders who combine commercial rigour with strong influencing skills to deliver measurable, sustained improvement across complex, multi‑brand sales ecosystems.

Each role will play a key part in supporting the delivery of approximately $80 million in annual revenue, with the ambition to double this over the next three years through improved sales performance, operational excellence, and scalable commercial practices.

As part of your job, you’ll be
  • Drive global sales performance for 40 sales people (Connected Commerce) or 10 sales people (Health Tech) by optimizing end‑to‑end sales processes, accelerating sales cycles, and using data and performance analytics to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and deliver internal training and coaching programs; organize external sales training sessions
  • Lead recruiting efforts and coordinate external recruiters to attract and hire top sales talent
  • Ensure strong systems adherence across the sales organization, driving consistency and discipline in the use of sales tools and processes
  • Deliver commission and incentive strategies in partnership with Sales, Finance, and Strategy, ensuring plans are accurate, effective, and correctly administered
  • Create contests, games, and incentive initiatives to drive sales motivation and performance
  • Report on accurate sales forecasting across the division and implement a successful management operating rhythm for Heads of Growth
  • Lead the rebooks strategy and execution to maximize retention and repeat revenue
  • Partner cross‑functionally with the President, Finance, HR and Marketing
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Here’s what we’re looking for from you
  • 10+ years of senior experience in sales, sales operations, or performance leadership 2
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through sales optimization at scale
  • Deep expertise in sales operations, incentive design, sales training, and CRM/analytics tools
  • Strong presence with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Experience leading in global, fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
  • High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive amid complexity and ambiguity
  • As a face‑to‑face business, you’ll be in the office for a minimum of three days a week bringing your energy and passion for sales with you.
The benefits
  • The salary band for this position ranges from $200k-$250k based on experience
  • This position will be eligible for a competitive bonus structure
  • Full medical, dental, and vision package to fit your needs
  • Retirement plan with company match (401K)
  • Competitive vacation policy
