The VP Engineering is a senior leadership position responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and innovation across the engineering function. This role ensures alignment with company goals through technical leadership, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do: 

  • Develops and leads the engineering strategy in alignment with corporate goals, innovation targets, and market needs.
  • Oversees engineering operations across all product lines or business areas, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and performance.
  • Builds, mentors, and retains a high-performing engineering leadership team and technical talent pipeline.
  • Collaborates with product management, manufacturing, quality, and R&D to align engineering solutions with business priorities.
