This executive will lead global Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations with responsibility for a business exceeding $280 million in annual revenue.The successful candidate will bring an external market perspective, challenge conventional thinking, identify growth opportunities, and help position A10 for continued success in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity market.Local candidates are strongly preferred.### ## Leadership ScopeOwn global Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations with full responsibility for go-to-market strategy, execution, and performance.### ## Key Responsibilities* Own and deliver global revenue performance including quarterly and annual bookings, revenue, and growth objectives* Develop and execute worldwide sales and go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth across enterprise, service provider, and channel markets* Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing global organization including recruiting, developing, coaching, and retaining top talent* Establish and optimize sales methodologies, processes, operating cadences, forecasting discipline, and performance metrics* Drive pipeline generation, account penetration, channel effectiveness, and strategic customer engagement* Lead annual and quarterly planning processes including territory design, capacity planning, compensation programs, and resource allocation* Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and execution against business objectives* Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and customer focus### ## Functional Partnerships* Product Management and Engineering to provide market feedback, customer requirements, and input on product strategy and roadmap* Finance to support forecasting, planning, budgeting, and long-term business growth* Human Resources to develop leadership capability, talent acquisition strategies, onboarding programs, and organizational effectiveness### ## Qualifications* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and scale global organizations across diverse geographies, cultures, and channel models* Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies for technology companies, including experience scaling revenue from approximately $300M to $1B+* Strong expertise in sales leadership, forecasting, pipeline management, sales methodology, and operational execution* Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets* Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, influence, and executive leadership skills* Ability to balance long-term business strategy with operational execution and day-to-day leadership* 15+ years of experience in enterprise software, cybersecurity, networking, or IT solutions sales* 7+ years of executive-level leadership experience managing senior sales leaders including Area Vice Presidents, Regional Sales Directors, Channel Leaders, and Sales Engineering organizations* Experience leading business model transitions from hardware-centric offerings to recurring revenue and SaaS-based solutions is highly preferred* Familiarity with application delivery, cybersecurity, networking, or related technologies is preferred### A10 Networks is an equal opportunity employer and a VEVRAA federal subcontractor.
