Job description
Talon Recruiting has partnered with a leading heavy equipment dealership. We are in search of Vice President of Sales in Houston, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to and collaborate with the Sr. Vice President & Country Manager to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
Develop specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies.
Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods.
Meet with customers along with the dealership team to address concerns and provide solutions.
Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g
trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships.
Assess sales performance according to KPIs.
Key Requirements:
Experience as a Regional Sales Manager or as an experienced District Sales Manager
Travel up to in the designated area.
Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs.
Compensation:
Base Salary + Bonus
