Job description

Title: Vice President of Human Resources

Location: Vancouver, WA
Compensation: $120,000$140,000/year DOE

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Vice President of Human Resources to support and scale the HR function across a growing multi-location organization. This role is ideal for an experienced HR leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building systems, developing teams, and partnering closely with operational leadership.

What Youll Do

Lead and support organization-wide HR initiatives across multiple business entities
Evaluate and improve HR systems, policies, processes, and workflows to support continued growth
Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, compliance, organizational development, and risk management
Partner with leadership teams to strengthen manager support, communication, and operational alignment
Mentor and develop members of the HR team while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture
Support benefits strategy, vendor relationships, and high-level HR operational initiatives
Help create scalable HR infrastructure while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operations
Bring fresh ideas, practical solutions, and proven experience from similarly sized organizations

What Were Looking For

Progressive HR leadership experience within a mid-sized, growth-oriented organization
Strong operational and strategic HR experience across multiple functional areas
Experience supporting multi-state operations preferred
Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization
Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving skills
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications strongly preferred
Property management industry experience is a plus, but not required
