Job Overview

SWBC is seeking a talented individual who will partner with senior and executive leadership to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and drive the development of innovative solutions. The role will manage a portfolio of products offered to financial institutions and sold to their members during the auto loan origination process. These products protect the loan and collateral while generating non‑interest income for the institution. The position balances client needs, market opportunities, regulatory requirements, and business objectives to deliver products that enhance member value and support growth.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in product management and development, preferably within consumer lending, credit union or banking sectors.
  • Strong background in people leadership, client relations, and product analysis.
  • Deep understanding of auto and loan protection products such as GAP, warranties, and prepaid maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with product analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Passion for technology and innovation.
  • Ability to travel locally and/or nationally.
