As Vice President, National Accounts, Broker Services you will be responsible for pursuing a portfolio of 50-100 National Accounts for Epay Manager and OTR Select, which represents the highest value brokerage prospects. This position will work hand-in-hand with the SVP of Broker Services to design attractive and customized pitches, actively travel (trade shows, F2F visits, prospecting events) to cultivate relationships, as well as build rapport to win long-term clients for the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Act as point of contact for all named National Accounts assigned.
  • Develop, document, and implement sales strategies for all named accounts.
  • Prioritize top targets including the must win accounts.
  • Prepare and present sales forecast and progress reports to management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Use Value Negotiation skills with "give/gets".
  • Provide accurate feedback to product owners and marketing to better align our solutions and sales strategy to the needs of the market.

  • Experience in transportation & logistics or freight/financial technology, preferably freight brokerage/shipper sales focused 
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and related computer knowledge
