DESCRIPTION

This position will be responsible for healthcare revenue cycle sales activities and results within specific targeted strategic accounts and/or geographic territories as assigned. As a dynamic team member, you will participate in a business development and sales role, focused on revenue generation through the acquisition of new clients. This is a highly strategic role, and is expected to demonstrate ownership of the process, alignment to Capio’s Mission and culture, and the consistent achievement of targeted revenue performance requirements. Specifically:

  • Define prospecting strategy, identify key targets, and relentlessly execute a defined plan to rapidly gain traction, build pipeline, and deliver newly contracted business relationships for Capio’s products.
  • Build, maintain, and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities, and move these opportunities efficiently and effectively through our defined sales process and progressions to revenue creation.
  • Develop strategic industry relationships, and expand your personal network and the Capio brand by engaging in local and regional professional organizations (i.e. Becker’s, HFMA, etc.)
  • Provide the necessary experience to leverage proven and effective sales approaches to close new business and revenues.
  • Team with assigned Client Success Managers to identify, strategize, manage, and close up-sell opportunities within Capio’s existing provider client accounts.
  • Update, maintain and utilize HubSpot CRM regularly.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A strong command of the back-end revenue cycle, have unique revenue cycle back-end experiences. 
  • Possess expert knowledge of Capio’s service line capabilities to assist healthcare providers to fully understand our service line capabilities. 
  • Effective problem-solving skills to identify specific business challenges faced by healthcare providers. 
  • Position Capio services as a new and unique approach to resolve back-end revenue cycle challenges, while improving the healthcare provider’s financial performance. 
  • Well established relationships with Healthcare CFO’s, CRO’s and VP’s RCM 
  • 5+ years of proven experience selling revenue cycle services to healthcare industry C-suite and senior management.
  • Proven Sales record in consistently achieving sales quotas, and closing complex, 7-figure sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong questioning capabilities and superior listening skills.
  • Remote position
  • Able to operate independently and travel extensively for business needs.
  • Assertiveness: Relentlessly pursuing the next step in the sales process.
  • Achievement of a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
