SUMMARY:The Director Proposals, Flex, is a key member of the Commercial Team and serves as a Functional Service Provider (FSP) subject matter expert responsible for translating client functional and outsourcing needs into scalable, fit-for-purpose FSP solutions. This individual must possess a deep understanding of FSP delivery models, resource planning, governance structures, pricing strategies, talent acquisition considerations, and client-specific operating models across clinical development functions.
This role plays an essential part in shaping Worldwide Flex's future success, including leading Requests for Information (RFIs), and proposal and management, including review and QC. This position works closely with the Vice President, Commercial Operationsas well as colleagues inOperations, Flex Solutions, Contracts, Legal, Finance and Business Development(BD).
