Salary Range: $96,882.32 To $121,102.90 Annually

Join Our Team as Vice President, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer.

Walden Savings Bank is seeking an experienced Vice President, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer to play a critical leadership role in protecting our customers, employees, and Bank from financial crime while helping shape the future of our BSA/AML and fraud risk management programs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and strategic banking professional to lead, strengthen, and advance the Bankโ€™s comprehensive BSA/AML Compliance Program. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, the BSA Officer will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board of Directors while partnering across the organization to promote a strong culture of compliance and risk awareness.

As the Bankโ€™s BSA Officer, you will oversee BSA/AML compliance, OFAC, suspicious activity monitoring and reporting, KYC/CDD, fraud mitigation, and related financial crime prevention activities. You will also serve as the Bankโ€™s Identity Theft Coordinator and primary resource for BSA/AML matters involving regulatory agencies and law enforcement.

Qualifications Summary

Experience: Five-plus years of experience at a financial institution, preferably with AML/BSA. BSA/AML Certification preferred

Compensation: The expected pay for this position is $96,882.32 - $121,102.90. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience.
