Vibe-Code Engineer

Role Overview
This organization is seeking an experienced AI Full Stack Engineer to join the App Engineering team. This role will focus on designing, building, and deploying secure, scalable applications that leverage modern AI technologies to improve business processes and drive operational efficiency. You will work across the entire technology stack, partnering with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available AI-powered web applications.
• Develop and integrate intelligent workflows using modern AI and large language model technologies.
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and data integrations to support AI-driven products and experiences.
• Integrate third-party APIs, AI services, and cloud platforms into enterprise applications.
• Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions within AWS environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and efficient software delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and drive execution.
• Present technical concepts, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Contribute to AI development best practices, tooling, and engineering standards.
• Own application performance, security, scalability, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on full stack application development.
• Proven experience building and delivering production-grade software solutions.
• Experience building AI-enabled products, platforms, or developer tools.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern web application architecture.
• Experience creating and consuming APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Experience working with large language models and AI technologies such as Claude, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools within the software development lifecycle.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services and modern deployment practices.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with GitHub and modern source control workflows.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Understanding of distributed systems, application architecture, and secure software development practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in highly regulated, privacy-focused, or security-conscious environments.
• Understanding of compliance, governance, privacy, and secure data handling practices.
• Experience designing systems involving sensitive or confidential information.
• Experience influencing technical direction, architecture, or AI adoption initiatives.
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and helping organizations effectively adopt them.
