What You’ll Do

As a Veterinary Client Service Representative, you’ll support hospital operations and client experience by:

  • Greeting clients and pets with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
  • Assisting new clients with registration and communicating expected wait times
  • Answering phone calls and responding to non‑medical client inquiries
  • Scheduling appointments, diagnostics, and follow‑ups
  • Coordinating with referring hospitals to obtain patient records
  • Creating appointment reminders and rescheduling missed visits
  • Maintaining accurate client and patient records in hospital systems
  • Keeping front desk, reception, waiting, and exam areas clean and organized
  • Reviewing invoices and ensuring accurate payment processing and cash handling
  • Supporting teammates and contributing to a positive, collaborative culture

  • Customer service experience required
  • 1+ year of veterinary experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
