Client Service Representative (CSR) - Veterinary Hospital

Do you love animals and people? Our busy 3 doctor General Practice veterinary hospital is looking for a confident, compassionate, and detail-oriented Client Service Representative (CSR) to become part of our team.

What you'll do:

  • Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage records with accuracy
  • Communicate clearly with clients about their pets' needs, treatments, and follow-up care
  • Support our veterinary team by coordinating client check-ins, payments, and documentation
  • Keep our front desk organized and running smoothly

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in veterinary reception or CSR
  • Ability to communicate with empathy and confidence
  • Compassion and patience-especially during stressful and emotional situations for clients and their pets
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer and office equipment proficiency
