VCA Alameda East Veterinary Hospital is searching for a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our ever-growing team in our General Practice department as a Supervisor. We are an AAHA-accredited, 24/7 hybrid hospital that takes pride in servicing our community.

  • Our General Practice Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and assisting in organizing the General Practice department. They are involved in patient care and assisting our DVMs with appointments. They are also responsible for guiding the team, organizing the shift, and managing patients to maximize efficiency. They are also responsible for scheduling, annual reviews, training, kudos and disciplinary coaching.

• Accurately handling and recording controlled drugs.
• Record keeping.
• Marketing.
• Facility maintenance.
