• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status, utilizing standardized assessment tools to inform effective treatment plans.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address clients' specific needs.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure ongoing improvement.
• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients who may prefer virtual sessions, ensuring that therapy is accessible to those with mobility or transportation challenges.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards while ensuring confidentiality and security.
• Participate in continuous professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and peer supervision to enhance clinical competencies and integrate new best practices.

Our practice caters to a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will primarily work with adults, but inclusivity extends to all ages. • A current and valid license issued by the state is required; acceptable licensure includes: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, promoting a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational capabilities and time-management skills for effective case management and documentation tasks.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience as a mental health counselor is preferred, with demonstrable skills in evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for teletherapy delivery will be advantageous.
• Experience working in a private practice setting and familiarity with insurance and billing processes is a plus.
