What You'll Do

  • Perform venipuncture and IV catheter placement
  • Obtain and monitor patient vital signs
  • Perform in-house laboratory testing, including CBCs, chemistry panels, urinalysis, fecal flotations, and ear cytology
  • Induce, monitor, and recover anesthesia patients
  • Assist with surgical procedures and patient monitoring
  • Perform dental prophylaxis and dental charting
  • Care for hospitalized patients and monitor treatments
  • Administer oral, injectable, and transdermal medications
  • Obtain diagnostic radiographs
  • Collaborate with veterinarians and teammates to provide exceptional patient care
