Position Overview
We are seeking a kind and motivated Client Care Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about veterinary medicine and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet pet parents and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
  • Check clients in and out, process payments, and manage invoices
  • Maintain accurate client and patient medical records
  • Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, and pet owners
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
  • Educate clients on preventative pet care and post-treatment instructions
Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience in an animal care setting preferred
