Pneu-Dart is currently hiring Remote Delivery Device (RDD) Technicians to help manufacture the precision products trusted by veterinarians, wildlife professionals, and livestock producers around the world.

As an RDD Technician, you'll perform precision hand assembly of small components as part of our continuous manufacturing process. Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates ability to report to work on time, ready to work, with a positive attitude.
  • Hand assembly, requiring high dexterity and attention to detail while repetitively, accurately, and consistently meeting established cycle times.
  • Must ensure maximum efficiency with material and time, in adherence to established Standard Work Processes (SWP).
  • Perform assigned tasks and functions in accordance with established safety procedures.
  • Make sure workstations are clean and free of hazardous materials.
  • Inspects small, assembled parts and products to ensure they meet Quality standards.
  • May be required to use light hand tools and equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Special consideration given to those with prior experience and transferable skills in the following areas:
    • Ability to utilize precise measuring tools.
    • Ability to participate in root cause analysis.
    • Those who possess a Continuous Improvement mindset and can actively participate in projects and initiatives.
    • Those who can lead projects or provide training in a formal or informal capacities.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Able to remain stationary for extended periods while focused on task at hand.
  • Ability to identify quality concerns and report in a timely manner.


Education & Experience

  • No experience required; we provide on-the-job training to learn the Pneu-Dart Way!


Mental and Physical Requirements

  • Possesses physical dexterity necessary to assemble small production parts.
  • Ability to move up to 30 lbs.
