Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date calculations and records of fixed assets and related accounts in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Prepare accurate journal entries in a timely manner, including, but not limited to, depreciation expense, asset transfers, and dispositions.
  • Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts during the month-end close process.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports related to capital expenditure.
  • Manage project requests with an innovative approach and superior attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, review, and classify construction-in-progress and project-related costs.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide documentation as requested by auditors.
  • Support capital spending and forecasting processes by providing timely and accurate data.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or other relevant professional capacity preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience handling large datasets.
  • Ability to communicate with various levels of management.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with little to no supervision.
  • Experience working with Accounting software is preferred.
