Dulles South Veterinary Center is looking for a part-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in South Riding, VA.

About You

You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by creating a welcoming and supportive experience for their families from start to finish. Your life-changing work will range from coordinating appointments, managing client communications and guiding visitors through the check-in process, to support services including patient admissions, discharges and ensuring every client interaction reflects exceptional care and compassion.

Your Experience & Skills 

·          Minimum 2 years of Client/Customer Service related experience required 

·          Experience in a veterinary clinic setting strongly preferred 

·          Possesses a positive work attitude

·          Self-motivated

·          Excellent communication and organization skills

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $18 – $20 / hour. The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
