At Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center (WVRC), you'll do more than practice advanced dentistry and oral surgery, you'll join one of the Midwest's premier specialty and emergency hospitals, supported by a collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional patient care and clinical excellence.

We're seeking a board-certified, residency-trained, or practice-limited Dentist & Oral Surgeon to join our thriving specialty hospital in southeastern Wisconsin. This is a unique opportunity to step into a long-standing, successful dentistry service with an established referral base, allowing you to focus on patient care and continued growth rather than building a service from the ground up.

You'll practice in a newly remodeled two-table dental procedure suite, equipped with a brand-new dental radiography generator and scaler, providing the resources needed to deliver advanced dental and oral surgical care. We welcome applications from current residents, practice-limited candidates preparing to sit for boards within the next year, and board-certified Diplomates.

WVRC Waukesha is a VetCOT Level 2 Trauma Center and an integral part of a strong referral community. Our multidisciplinary team includes specialists in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Critical Care, Surgery, Ophthalmology, and Anesthesiology, supported by a large emergency service, emergency-focused and rotating interns, highly skilled technicians, and client-focused support staff.

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental and oral diseases in companion animals.
• Perform advanced oral surgical and dental procedures utilizing modern equipment and imaging capabilities.
• Collaborate with specialists in Surgery, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Critical Care, Ophthalmology, and Anesthesiology on complex cases.
• Provide clear and compassionate communication to clients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up care.
• Mentor technicians and support staff involved in dentistry and oral surgery services.
• Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning.

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for Wisconsin veterinary licensure.
• Board Certification in Veterinary Dentistry (DAVDC), residency-trained, current resident, or practice-limited candidate preparing for board certification.
• Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
