Job description
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Veterinary Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and support to pet owners.
Our goal is to expand our existing team. Our team members enjoy a positive work atmosphere, have great team partnerships and are eager to support new team members. Veterinary Assistant Duties
Handle and restrain animals safely and compassionately during procedures.
Administer medications and treatments as directed by the veterinarian.
Collect laboratory samples, including blood, urine, and feces for testing.
Maintain accurate medical records for each patient.
Educate pet owners on proper care, nutrition, and preventive health measures.
Monitor the health and behavior of animals in the clinic.
Veterinary Assistant Experience
Previous experience as a veterinary assistant is required
