Hospital hours are ( Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday ) open 7:30AM - 5:30PM


The Opportunity Are you passionate about animals and looking for a career path in veterinary medicine? We are currently seeking a warm, organized, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to be the first face our clients see.

This isn't just a desk job—this is a stepping stone. For the right candidate, we are fully committed to helping you grow. You will start by mastering our front desk operations and client communications. Once you are comfortable, we will gladly cross-train you to become a Veterinary Technician Assistant, teaching you the hands-on clinical skills needed to advance in the animal care field.

What You’ll Do (Reception / Concierge)

  • Warmly welcome clients and their pets as they arrive at the clinic.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, and triage client inquiries.
  • Process payments, manage invoices, and maintain accurate patient records in our software.
  • Keep the reception and lobby area clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Provide compassionate support to pet parents during stressful situations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of customer service experience (reception, hospitality).
  • A genuine love for animals and a strong desire to build a career in veterinary medicine.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-player attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous veterinary experience is NOT required—we will train the right person!
