Pay Range: $125,000 - $200,000 annually 
 
Qualifications: 
  • DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree required
  • Licenses / registrations in compliance with local, state, and national requirements (must be authorized to work in the U.S. we do not provide VISA sponsorship)
  • Training / certification in business management, HR, finance, and accounting highly desirable
As a Medical Director, you'll: 
  • Server as the hospital's clinical and operational leader in partnership with the Hospital Manager
  • Guide strategy, growth, and team development
  • Ensure excellence in patient care, client service, and business performance
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive success across the hospital
  • Report to the Chief Medical Officer, with accountability to the Director of Operations, and Chief Executive Officer
