  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across the Kuehne+Nagel organization to effectively navigate complex customer requirements.
  • Successfully transition new business opportunities into operational execution while ensuring customer commitments are met.
  • Operate as a highly autonomous and proactive leader capable of driving strategic initiatives with minimal supervision.

What we would like you to bring

  • Demonstrated track record of business development, account growth, and consultative selling success.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across a matrix organization.
  • Self-starter mentality with a high level of ownership, initiative, and accountability.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Broad knowledge of supply chain and logistics solutions across Air, Ocean, Road, Contract Logistics, and Integrated Logistics is preferred.
  • Experience supporting Technology, Semiconductor, Cloud Infrastructure, AI, Electronics, Healthcare, Automotive, or other complex industrial sectors is highly valued.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities and global stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, International Studies, or a related discipline preferred.
