Position: RN – Clinical Supervisor (Labor & Delivery)
Location: 900 23rd Street NW Washington DC USA 20037
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (06/01/2026 – 08/29/2026)
Shift: 3 x 12s rotating am/pm
Work Setting: Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience
Supervisor/Leadership experience – Required

Certifications & Licensure:
Active DC RN License – Required
BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Required
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) – Required
AWHONN Intermediate Electronic Fetal Monitoring – Required

Additional Requirements:
Must live at least 50 miles away from the facility
Strong experience in patient care, staffing oversight, and clinical operations
Ability to manage patient flow, safety, and resource utilization
Experience in process improvement and team leadership

Responsibilities:
Provide shift-to-shift clinical and operational oversight
Ensure quality patient care and safety standards
Support staffing, workflow, and department efficiency
