Earn:$45,884.00-$51,466.00 (Based on experience) + Benefits

Schedule:Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm (40 hours)

The Program Manager plays a critical role in the day-to-day management and oversight of the day program. Reporting to the Assistant Program Director or Director, this position is responsible for coordinating program activities, supervising program staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to program participants. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervise program staff, providing direction, guidance, and support.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss program goals, updates, and challenges.

  • Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff members.

  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff, ensuring workload balance.

  • Address staffing issues, conflicts, and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

  • Assist with individuals ADL needs as needed

  • Keep storage areas and work areas clean and properly arranged.
  • Directs the services related to the efficient operation of the multi-service program in coordination with Program Director and Asst. Program Director
  • Provide leadership and direction to all professional staff regarding program planning an implementation of the multi-service program.
  • Monitor active treatment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
