Position: Mixed Animal Veterinarian
As a mixed animal practice, we cater to the needs of both small and large animals. While experience in either small or large animal care is preferred, we welcome candidates willing to work with both. Your versatility and passion for animal welfare are what we value most.
Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and treat animals with illnesses or injuries
  • Perform surgeries, including spaying and neutering
  • Administer vaccinations and medications
  • Conduct regular check-ups and preventive care
  • Educate clients on proper animal care and nutrition
  • Collaborate with veterinary technicians and other staff members to provide comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate medical records for all patient
Requirements:
  • Open to new graduates and experienced doctors
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school
  • Valid license to practice veterinary medicine in the state
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and staff members
  • Compassionate and caring attitude towards animals
  • Ability to make quick decisions in emergency situations
  • Proficient in animal physiology, animal care, and animal husbandry
  • Familiarity with aseptic technique for surgical procedures
  • Skill in laboratory procedures
