We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) - Northeast to lead strategic sales initiatives, grow revenue, and strengthen our dealer and distributor network across the Northeast. The territory is PA, DE, the southern part of NJ, and the western part of NY.
In this high-impact role, you'll be responsible for driving the adoption of our complete portfolio of integrated security solutions-including intrusion, access control, video surveillance, fire, cellular communication, home automation, and smart security technologies.

What you'll do
As our Regional Sales Manager you will:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional revenue goals.
  • Build, manage and grow relationships with dealers and channel partners.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop new partners to expand market coverage.
  • Generate and close new business opportunities while supporting partners throughout the sales cycle.
  • Grow business within the existing customer base by promoting system upgrades, expansions, and new technology solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations and sales training.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and CRM records.
  • Gather competitive market intelligence and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Technical Support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications
We're seeking someone who has:
  • Proven success in B2B sales and territory management.
  • Experience working with distributors, dealers and system integrators.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • The ability to identify opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and close complex sales.
  • Experience managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales forecasting.
  • Self-motivation, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in the electronic security, access control, video surveillance, fire, or smart technology industry is highly preferred.
