Job description

Do you love animals? Are you outgoing, energetic, and confident with excellent communication and multitasking skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team!

We are currently seeking a full-time receptionist. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling transactions, educating clients, and managing front office operations. The ideal candidate must have strong computer skills, exceptional multitasking abilities, robust organizational skills, and outstanding customer service.

To apply, please email your resume to pitty.weed.cvs@gmail.com, Attn: Pitty, Office Manager. Include a personalized cover letter responding to the following prompt:

"If your mother had a critically ill pet, describe the level and quality of service you would hope she receives at her local veterinary hospital. Be specific, detailing the small actions you would expect from the service team."

Due to our high volume of appointments and the busy nature of our hospital, we request all applicants email their resume and cover letter. This approach helps us manage our time effectively, ensuring we provide the best care for our patients while giving due attention to our hiring process. Please do not visit our locations or call us regarding your application. As the Office Manager and Lead Vet Tech, I am frequently assisting with hands-on animal care and emergencies, making it crucial that all applicants follow these directions to be considered for the position.

Join our dedicated team and help us continue to provide exceptional care for our animal patients and their owners. We look forward to hearing from you!
