Position: Inventory Cherry Picker
Work Location: Tolleson, AZ 85353
Payrate: $18.00/hr
Duration: 3+ Months role with high chances of extension/conversion
Shift: (Mon - Fri) 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Dress Code: Jeans, t-shirt, shorts OK, steel toe shoes
PPE: Safety vest and Steel Toe shoes
 
Job Description:
operating a cherry picker to retrieve and stock auto parts, performing daily cycle counts, and assisting with inventory control to help ensure smooth and accurate warehouse operations.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cherry picker/order picker forklift to pick and stock auto parts
  • Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Report and help resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Proficiency with RF / PDA scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Work closely with warehouse and inventory teams to support overall efficiency
Requirements:
  • Experience operating cherry picker/order picker equipment
  • Prior experience with inventory control organized well with record keeping (for cycle count purposes, we use excel sheet)
  • Experience with cycle counting (1 to 300+ pieces), including comfort with palletized or stacked items of various sizes
  • Proficiency with RF / PDA scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50–75 lbs and work at heights
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and auto parts is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
