About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Specialist to design, build, and scale AI-driven data platforms on Google Cloud.

This role is focused on:

  • Turning large-scale logistics & return data into actionable insights
  • Building modern data pipelines + AI solutions using LLMs
  • Supporting On-Time Delivery initiatives and advanced return analytics

You’ll collaborate with our branch office and HQ and contribute directly to business-critical decisions.

Job Description

1. Data Engineering (GCP)

  • Build and scale data pipelines on GCP (BigQuery)
  • Automate data ingestion, transformation, and validation
  • Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance
  • Maintain web crawling & external data systems

2. AI / LLM Development

  • Develop LLM-powered systems (summarization, classification, insights)
  • Work with Vertex AI, Gemini API
  • Build RAG pipelines + prompt engineering solutions
  • Continuously improve models based on business feedback

3. Analytics & Business Impact

  • Analyze return trends & delivery performance
  • Deliver insights through Looker / Streamlit dashboards
  • Translate complex data into clear business recommendations
  • Support logistics, customer experience, and operational efficiency
Qualifications

Core Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in Data Engineering / AI / Analytics
  • Strong Python + advanced SQL
  • Hands-on experience with GCP (BigQuery preferred)

AI / LLM Skills (Key Focus)

  • Experience with LLMs & NLP applications
  • Knowledge of RAG architectures
  • Ability to solve real-world data problems using AI
