Job description: Traveling contract located in Vermont!! Competitive pay with housing and meal stipends - We can assist in license process!!

Qualifications for CNA:

  • Current unencumbered State of Vermont CNA License

  • Strong communication skills to communicate with Residents, Nurse(s) and Staff

  • Ability to read write and speak the English Language

  • Critical thinking skills

  • The ability to handle different situations with tact

Responsibilities for CNA:

  • Provides for ADL’s by assisting with serving meals and feeding patients as necessary, ambulating, turning, and positioning patients 

  • Administration of physical care i.e., baths, hair care, oral care, back care, elimination care, etc.

  • Admission, discharge, and transfer of patients

  • Measure and record vital signs, weight, intake, and output information

  • Perform routine perineal area and incontinence care

  • Observe and report any changes in patient's general condition

  • Maintain a neat and safe patient environment

  • Complete documentation daily and accurately on required forms

  • Flexibility in accepting different assignments
