Cardinal is searching for a Program Director to join our culture-driven leadership team in Rochester! Cardinal of Minnesota is currently seeking a Program Director responsible for the overall operation of their designated program sites in the Rochester region! This is an exempt position, responsible for the oversight of 5 programs. Although this position does enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule, flexibility is required based on the needs of designated program sites and on-call responsibilities.
