Job description

About SnapLogic

SnapLogic is the Agentic Integration Company, integrating AI, data, applications, and microservices into one powerful platform that transforms how enterprises connect, automate, and scale. Unlike legacy integration tools, SnapLogic is built for the AI era and trusted by global leaders, including AstraZeneca, Adobe, Verizon, Epsilon and Sony. With its industry-leading platform, SnapLogic empowers every team across the enterprise to securely build faster, smarter, AI-connected workflows – all through natural language and intuitive low-code design.

Join the Agentic Integration movement at snaplogic.com.

The Role:

SnapLogic is building the agentic layer that enterprises actually deploy. Jean-Paul, our AI agent platform, is live inside Slack, Teams, and email at some of the most demanding IT organizations in the world. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will sit at the front of this motion - working the room with executive buyers, the terminal with their engineers, and the stage in front of the market as this category is defined in real-time. You own the full arc of deployment for our most strategic accounts: discovery, architecture, technical build, executive rollout, and expansion. Approaching the role like a true hunter in ambiguity, you will walk into unstructured, high-stakes rooms and leave with scalable plans that customer leadership champions. We are looking for a passionate builder who has decided this is the technology wave they want to build a career on.

This role is US-based, San Francisco preferred. Travel to customer sites is up to 50%.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead executive engagements: Command the room during discovery and scoping with VP and C-level stakeholders, adapting sharp business insights to CIO/CTO audiences.
  • Deploy into complex environments: Own the technical rollout into customer VPCs, on-prem Docker, and firewalled networks, solving the unglamorous blockers (SSO, OAuth, egress policies) that kill pilots.
  • Build the context layer: Move concepts beyond demos by engineering data connectivity, testing, and reliability to ensure the AI is genuinely usable and trustworthy.
  • Expand the footprint: Proactively identify and pursue adjacent business functions and use cases to drive account expansion.
  • Shape the GTM narrative: Represent SnapLogic’s agentic AI point of view in briefings and competitive situations, codifying one-off wins into repeatable motions for the field team.
  • Feed the product loop: Bring field reality back to the engineering team building on the Claude Agent SDK - highlighting what broke, what worked, and what enterprises actually need next.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Executive-level commercial presence: Poise, clarity, and the ability to confidently handle live pushback from senior enterprise executives.
  • A true hunter instinct: You create momentum without a playbook, turning ambiguity into closed revenue and account expansion.
  • Enterprise AI judgment: You easily distinguish valuable use cases from "AI theater," deeply understanding both technical and commercial tradeoffs.
  • Deep technical range: 5+ years of hands-on experience across Linux, Docker, networking, major clouds, and enterprise SSO/OAuth, with enough depth to be credible to a customer's most senior engineers.
  • Builder mentality & GTM fluency: You are energized by undefined requirements, comfortable taking small bets, learning quickly, and earning buy-in from scratch.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Production-minded LLM experience: You have built or deployed production systems powered by LLMs or AI agents - well beyond a weekend experiment.
  • Specific conviction for SnapLogic: A clear, well-reasoned answer for why our integration and data foundation matters for AI, grounded in your own career trajectory.
  • Mentorship instinct: A strong desire to teach the patterns you find and scale the team through the frameworks and playbooks you leave behind.
The above range is the approximate annual U.S. total compensation for this position. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, experience and expertise, and may vary from the range listed. All of our full time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package.
