We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chino, California!. Our Distribution Customer Service Coordinator is an instrumental role which encompasses answering our phones and providing a great first impression of Berger to our customers and vendors. Our Distribution Customer Service Coordinator helps conduct the smooth operations of our fast-paced and friendly team environment, while constantly keeping a high level of efficiency and professionalism. They are confident, well spoken and act as our customer’s advocate.


Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

  • Act as the face to our customer over the phone and in person with visitors
  • Exhibit a very positive attitude, work well in a team environment, & have the ability to multitask.
  • Work closely with our move coordinators in order to serve customer needs
  • Have excellent computer skills and able to manage incoming calls
  • Are ready to learn aspects of moving & relocation in order to work with customers during the moving process
  • Handle office administrative responsibilities including the ordering of supplies, filing, office mail, etc.
  • Create & update customer orders, calculate move estimates, check in with customers during the move process, & schedule specialized services
  • Other duties assigned by management

The successful candidate for this position will share the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred);
  • 1 year of Customer Service experience (required);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Energetic self motivator with a positive and friendly demeanor;
  • Extremely organized with a strong attention to detail;
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team;
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of workload;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience
