Xtreme Manufacturing in Henderson, Nevada, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team!

JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouse Associate supports manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate and timely movement of materials throughout the facility. This role is responsible for inbound receiving, outbound shipping, parts pulling for production, inventory control, cycle counting, and safe forklift operation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Inbound Operations

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials
  • Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips and Bill of Lading (BOL)
  • Label, stage, and put away inventory using FIFO practices
  • Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies

Outbound Operations

  • Pick, pack, and prepare shipments
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation
  • Load trucks safely and efficiently
  • Complete shipping transactions accurately

Parts Pulling / Production Support

  • Pull and kit parts for production orders
  • Deliver materials to production lines
  • Ensure correct revisions, quantities, and part numbers
  • Return excess material and update inventory

Inventory Control & Cycle Counting

  • Perform cycle counts daily, weekly, monthly as assigned
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate inventory records

Forklift & Equipment Operation

  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
  • Perform equipment inspections
  • Follow safety procedures and traffic rules

General Duties

  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse (6S)
  • Follow SOPs and safety policies
  • Assist with physical inventories and audits
  • Support cross-training and team coverage

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year warehouse experience preferred
  • Forklift experience; preferred certification or willingness to obtain
  • Basic computer and ERP/WMS skills, to include Microsoft 365
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Manufacturing warehouse experience
  • Cycle counting or inventory control background
