Job description

Hiring: Embedded Test Engineer
Location: Milwaukee, WI (Onsite)

Requirements:

• Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with Python development and scripting
• 5+ years of experience in Verification & Validation (V&V), HIL testing, embedded systems, or PCBA testing
• Hands-on experience with on-device testing and embedded hardware validation
• Ability to read schematics, component datasheets, and understand digital circuits
• Experience using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, multimeters, e-loads, power analyzers, and DAQ systems
• Experience with National Instruments (NI), TestStand, or LabVIEW
• Exposure to Python, C#, or C/C++ scripting
• Experience with software configuration management, defect tracking, and requirements management tools
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, or automated testing
• Experience with unit testing and firmware validation is a plus
• Exposure to bare-metal firmware is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 10% (Domestic & International)
