LES TACHES QUE VOUS ALLEZ ACCOMPLIR

       Developper et ameliorer les lois de commande (CLaws) existantes et nouvelles ainsi que les outils d'analyse associes en MATLAB et C++.

       Soutenir le developpement des lois de commande, autopilote et navigation dans les projets R&D.

       Definir, valider et verifier les exigences des lois de commande (V&V), conformement aux normes DO-178B et SAE ARP 4754.

       Concevoir des lois de commande pilot-in-the-loop basees sur les exigences de qualites de vol, protection de l'enveloppe et performances avion.

       Evaluer la stabilite, les performances et les defaillances des systemes FBW a l'aide d'analyses, simulations et essais (simulateur et vol).

       Soutenir l'integration des CLaws dans les bancs d'essai et plateformes fournisseurs.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

       Develop and improve both new and existing CLaws design as well the corresponding assessment tools using Matlab and C++ programming

       Support CLaws, autopilot, and navigation design development for R&D projects

       Develop CLaws and systems requirements

       Perform CLaws requirements validation and verification (V&V) for any Claws updates and/or new Claws designs

       Verify and deliver the CLaws in accordance with the DO-178B standard and SAE ARP 4754

       Design and develop pilot in the loop CLaws based on handling quality requirements, flight and structural envelope protection requirements, performance requirements, test pilot assessments and aircraft level requirements

       Evaluate CLaws and FBW system failures, system stability and performance with analytical methods, desktop simulations, pilot in the loop simulator tests and flight test data

       Support integration of CLAWS into various test rigs and supplier hardware (i.e. integrate into PFCC for Collins, Thales, NRC, CMC, etc)

VOTRE PROFIL EST ESSENTIEL A NOTRE REUSSITE

       Baccalaureat ou maitrise en genie aerospatial (doctorat prefere).

       Minimum 10 ans d'experience en developpement de lois de commande pour aeronefs Fly-by-Wire (FBW).

       Solide maitrise de la dynamique du vol et comprehension approfondie de l'aerodynamique.

       Expertise en conception de systemes de controle classiques et modernes (SISO/MIMO) et en techniques avancees de lois de commande.

       Bonne connaissance des methodes d'evaluation des lois de commande, des essais lineaires et non lineaires.

       Bonne comprehension de la stabilite, des qualites de vol et du comportement avion avec pilote dans la boucle.

       Bonne connaissance des normes DO-178B, ainsi que des processus de verification, validation et certification des logiciels critiques.

       Maitrise de MATLAB et Simulink pour la simulation, la modelisation et le developpement de lois de commande.

       Connaissances en estimation d'etat et filtrage de Kalman.

       Competences en programmation MATLAB et C++.

       Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit.

       Esprit d'equipe, autonomie, motivation et capacite d'innovation.

YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS

       Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering (PhD preferred).

       Minimum 10 years of experience in the development of Flight Control Laws for Fly-by-Wire (FBW) aircraft.

       Strong knowledge of flight dynamics with a deep understanding of aerodynamics.

       Expertise in classical and modern control system design (SISO/MIMO) and advanced control law techniques.

       Good understanding of control law evaluation methods, including linear and non-linear testing.

       Strong knowledge of aircraft stability, handling qualities, and pilot-in-the-loop behavior.

       Good understanding of DO-178B standards and software verification, validation, and certification processes.

       Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink for simulation, modeling, and control law development.

       Knowledge of state estimation and Kalman filtering.

       Proficiency in MATLAB scripting and C++ programming.

       Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.

       Team player with an innovative mindset, autonomy, and strong motivation.
