E-Scooter Delivery Driver (Seasonal – W2)

Shift Options:

  • Tuesday – Saturday: 7:00 PM – 2:30 AM
  • Sunday – Thursday: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Candidates must have reliable transportation to commute to and from the warehouse. A company van is provided during shifts to perform job duties.

Please Note:

This is a W2 seasonal position and is not eligible for benefits. All candidates must live near the Charlottesville area and be able to commute to the warehouse location.

Job Summary

Veo seeks operations professionals who are passionate about providing riders with an excellent experience by maintaining our vehicles and continually improving the efficiency of our fleet operations. E-Scooter Delivery Drivers locate vehicles, swap batteries, rebalance scooters throughout the city, and perform quality checks and minor repairs.

The ideal candidate will be a team player who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and staying active throughout the entire shift.

Responsibilities
  • Follow instructions in the mobile app to complete shift tasks
  • Drive a company van to locate scooters and swap batteries
  • Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas
  • Perform basic repairs and quality checks
  • Respond to on-demand requests to locate or retrieve scooters
  • Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Comfortable driving a company van
  • Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using mobile apps
  • Ability to lift scooters weighing up to 60 pounds without assistance
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
