What You’ll Be DoingEvent Leadership
  • Plan and oversee all MFA signature events, including recitals, galas, fundraisers, tea parties, showcases, and more.
  • Develop an annual event calendar and create budgets for each event.
  • Maintain event timelines, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to continuously improve.
Venue Operations
  • Transform the MFA facility into a sought-after community event venue.
  • Market venue rentals and conduct facility tours for prospective clients.
  • Prepare rental contracts, schedule events, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Oversee setup, breakdown, and ensure the facility is event-ready.

Potential rentals include: - Weddings, birthday parties, and holiday events. - Corporate meetings, vendor fairs, and community expos. - Dance and cheer competitions, church services, and more.

Revenue Growth
  • Increase revenue through venue rentals, sponsorships, vendor partnerships, and event upgrades.
