Job description

You will serve as a PUBLIC PRIVATE VENTURE PROJECT MANAGER in the Public Private Venture Division of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Monitoring operations of a Public Private Venture (PPV) housing project to ensure compliance with the business agreement and applicable guidelines (e.g. financial reporting, capital expenditure, investment decisions, design, construction, etc.); 2) Preparing and presenting project summary reports for all involved customers and leadership; 3) Developing and recommending process improvements based on best business practices and metrics for a PPV program; 4) Applying a broad knowledge of real estate principles, community planning, land development, construction management, and housing management; and 5) Developing and executing the PPV annual budget, and identifying the appropriate funding sources for PPV project actions.
