• Conduct industry, technology, and trend research across priority investment themes

• Assist in commercial, financial, and operational due diligence for prospective investments

• Prepare investment memos, deal summaries, and materials for investment committee review

• Coordinate transaction workflows, legal documentation, and closing processes

• Collaborate with partners and senior investors on portfolio monitoring and strategic initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and investment analysis

• Demonstrated interest in venture capital, startups, or emerging technologies

• Ability to evaluate qualitative and quantitative aspects of early-stage businesses

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
