The fund takes a stage-agnostic investment approach focused on fintech and capital markets technology, maintaining a portfolio of 35 companies with a strong value-add thesis through capital, client relationships, and industry expertise.**Key Responsibilities:**- Manage deal pipelines and source new investment opportunities- Create investment presentations, memos, and pitch decks for the investment committee- Conduct DCF and comparable company valuations- Evaluate term sheets and support transaction structuring- Support portfolio management on strategy and M&A matters- Monitor investments through regular valuations and performance tracking- Conduct industry research on fintech and capital markets**Required Qualifications:**- 1โ€“4 years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, or private equity- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field- Excel proficiency and valuation modeling expertise- Strong attention to detail, fintech interest, and self-motivation- Excellent written and verbal communication skills**Preferred:** Investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy background**Compensation:** $130,000โ€“$160,000 per year plus discretionary bonus.
