$115,000 – $130,000 base DOE + Discretionary Bonus + Exceptional Benefits

A high-performance Venture Capital firm in Williamsburg is seeking a brilliant, process-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This role is for a motivated, results driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced role and is eager to work with exceptional talent in finance.

 

Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn – onsite Monday-Friday  

The Role: What You’ll Do

  • Executive Search Support: Help drive high-level searches working in tandem with your direct team.
  • AI & Automation: Actively test and implement AI-driven systems to automate backend workflows, market mapping, and talent branding.
  • Market Mapping: Build comprehensive candidate maps and generate curated ideas for founders.
  • Search Ownership: Manage 1-2 active searches independently while supporting the broader team on complex global mandates.
  • Infrastructure & Data: Own the ATS data quality and integrations, ensuring the search process is data-rigorous and efficient.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 1–3 years of recruiting experience. Agency experience is highly preferred or within an AI startup
  • Intellectual Curiosity: You are "AI curious" and eager to break down systems to see how they can be improved.
  • Professionalism: You possess the eagerness required to work in a fast-moving VC environment and the poise to sit in front of Partners and Founders.
