Direct Counsel is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join a highly respected Am Law firm.

Location: Palo Alto, California
Practice Area: General Corporate / Emerging Companies / Venture Capital
Experience: 1st–2nd year
Compensation: $225,000–$260,000

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior Corporate Associate (1st–2nd year) to join a dynamic, internationally recognized corporate practice in Palo Alto. The team advises entrepreneurs, investors, financial institutions, and established companies, with a strong emphasis on technology, life sciences, and other high-growth industries.

The ideal candidate will have experience representing public and private high-growth companies in connection with:

  • Venture and growth financings
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • General corporate governance and counseling
  • Day-to-day company-side matters
  • Investor-side transactions
  • Strategic corporate transactions across the business lifecycle
